If you are experiencing an technical issue, have questions regarding your purchase, or general questions about our product provide
the information requested below and click the Submit Request button.  If the request is regarding a technical issue, please provide
your FastSpring license key.

We provide 30 days of technical support free. If your purchase date has exceeded 30 days, you also need to provide your
order reference number for an Annual Maintenance plan. This is not required if you believe that there is an issue with your software
that is not working as expected. After reviewing your technical support request, you will receive an e-mail with further instructions.
